Job
Responsibilities:
Transfer Lean Manufacturing tools to Crown employees through training and subject matter expert development.
Lead, plan, and coordinate the development and implementation of improved manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, material movement, and information systems using Lean methodology and tools.
Lead improvement teams via value stream maps, Kaizen
events
and/or projects to develop the new improved business process, prepare the justification, and implement the improvement.
Research current and advanced Lean manufacturing technologies and lead the skill set transfer to key employees to improve the operations. Also help develop the ongoing improvement efforts that will become a part of the operational culture after a successful Lean implementation.
Contribute to and develop short term and long term plans that drive operational improvement. Lead manufacturing initiatives on practices that require consistency across operations.
Qualifications:
4-year Engineering degree with 2 - 3 years experience OR a 2-year degree with 5
years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent
computer
and communication skills and the ability to lead discussions, meetings, and projects and communicate across all levels of the organization.
Knowledge and experience using Lean tools such as Kaizens, value stream mapping, standard work, Gemba, 5S and TPM is preferred.
Experience planning and managing projects are preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
