Technical Writer

Thinkpath Engineering Services (TES) is recruiting for a Technical Writer to fill a need onsite at a manufacturing client in New Bremen, OH.
This will be a long-term contract of at least 6 months, with potential to go much longer and possibly direct at some point.
Job Responsibilities:
o Writing various manuals and documenting processes and procedures
o Will use layout templates (style guides), illustrations and CAD documents
o Interact with technicians and engineers to go over procedures and specifications
o Hands-on investigation of various equipment
Qualifications Desired:
o FrameMaker experience
o Proficient in MS Word
o Willing to work in a "hands-on"/shop environment at times
o Mechanically inclined
o CAD background would be a plus (able to open part drawings)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
