Supply Chain Project Leader

# Job Responsibilities:
Lead, assist, coach and take responsibility in the overall effectiveness of supply chain project activities. Provide overall operations leadership in the successful coordination of supply chain projects in the areas of inventory forecasting, staffing requirements, equipment capacity, new product introduction and supply chain integration. May oversee project functions involving parts planning, warehouse management activities, logistics, procurement, etc.
+ Project Management - Develop and maintain supply chain project initiatives that involve coordination of parts in warehouse settings, warehouse logistics setup via computer host system and warehouse management systems, optimizing storage and utilization of warehouse spaces, etc. Proactively coordinate planning to avoid future problems. Problem-solve issues to ensure company goals are met. Assist various supply chain project participants and share expertise in distribution projects. Monitor, assist and ensure overall timely execution of company supply chain projects. Provide coordination and leadership within supply chain projects. Assist/mentor other project participants as necessary.
+ Lead Various Supply Chain Project Functions - Lead specific project initiatives to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Responsible for helping with the evaluation of various systems necessary to properly complete supply chain projects: MPS/MRP (Demand Planning, Forecasting, Procurement, etc.); WMS; LMS; TMS; etc. Work with other company departments to meet/exceed project expectations.
+ Planning and Scheduling - Monitor utilization of warehouse storage and operating space. Plan for future space needs based on new product introductions as well changes in existing parts usage. Research new technology in distribution through seminars, distribution center and company branch visits, and outside contacts to improve operation.
+ General Supply Chain Support - Perform other duties as assigned.

# Qualifications:
+ At least 5 years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain role
+ Bachelor degree in Operations/Supply Chain Management, or a related field
+ Good organizational, computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently with minimal required supervision
+ Must have valid driving privileges
+ Ability to extensively travel with overnight stays (over 20%)
+ Project Management certification preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
