Global Process Leader - Sales and Marketing Cloud

As one of the world's largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.   Primary Responsibilities   Responsible for representing the Retail Sales Organization in the areas of Cloud for Sales, Cloud for Marketing, Activity Management, Quotation, and Business Analytics Responsible for designing, creating and maintaining key business processes with Crown's CRM solution Responsible for ongoing support of Global users in Crown's CRM solution Conduct Global Blueprinting validation and design sessions related to SAP Cloud for Sales, Cloud for Marketing, and Perform necessary system configuration to achieve business requirements for the specific area. Coordinate system enhancements with Crown and Third Party developers. Provide support for current users and Crown Help Desk. Create design and configuration documents to support new functionality, system enhancements and continuous improvement tasks. Provide training and support for Global implementation and updates to Crown's CRM solution.   Qualifications   Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS, Programming, Applications Development or related fields. Five plus years of related global CRMexperience. SAP Hybris programming and development knowledge and experience is strongly preferred.  Strong communication, computer and organizational skills are necessary Experience in writing and communicating technical process and configuration documents Some travel is required 53669

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
